Situated in the quiet neighborhood of North Litchfield Beach, this 2nd row resort feel condo is located directly across the street from the beach and allows for a short walk to the relaxing ocean waves and sandy beaches. This is a two-story floor plan in the South wing. The kitchen, dining, living areas and a half bath are on the main level, and the bedrooms are located on the lower level giving extra privacy for sleeping. This condo boasts LVP and tile flooring throughout. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops. The Waccamaw Bike path is just a short stretch away from the condo and provides a paved walkway from North Litchfield to Huntington Beach and for the more adventurous, it continues on to Murrells Inlet.

This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront. Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.

The space

Good Times features two large staterooms on both ends of the yacht. Each room has its bathroom. In the center of the boat you'll find the kitchen, family room with a sleeper couch, a dining area, TV, and more. Aft of the boat you'll find a nice outside patio area.

Guest access

The entire boat is open. Again, this rental is for lodging only. You will not be able to drive the vessel. We do have a USCG captain who will be happy to charter the boat for you if you'd like for an additional fee.
